ASCE Releases 2005 Report Card for America's Infrastructure

With each passing day, the inability of our nation's aging infrastructure to meet the needs of our growing population further threatens our economy and quality of life. On March 9, the American Society of Civil Engineers released the 2005 Report Card for America's Infrastructure, assigning grades on the condition of our roads, bridges, drinking water, schools, transit, energy, aviation, wastewater, dams, solid waste, hazardous waste, navigable waterways, parks and recreation facilities, and rail.
