U.S. Secretary of Education Rod Paige was joined by Brian Jones, general counsel for the U.S. Department of Education, and U.S. Under Secretary of Education Gene Hickok, a former state education secretary and Constitutional scholar, to discuss the Supreme Court's decision on the Cleveland school choice case, on Thursday, June 27, 2002.
