Online Training Technical Requirements:
The online training seminar and
online quiz are accessible through the Internet
by using:
a) standard web browser;
b) standard video/audio
streaming player software (free).
To view the online video presentation:
You will need either the free WindowsMedia
Player or the free RealPlayer
installed on your computer. Installation and set
up information is available by clicking on the
Player links above.
Troubleshooting:
If you have a pop-up blocker installed on your
computer, the video windows may not pop-up properly.
Simply disable the blocker while using this website.
If the video does not play, it is possible that
your firewall is set up to block video/audio from
coming through. Contact your IT department
for assistance and special configuration settings.
