Defense Awareness
This program introduces
the topic of food defense and discuss the importance
of integrating food defense awareness and prevention
into our daily food safety activities.
It is structured in three segments:
a) A panel discussion between FDA, CDC, and State
subject-area experts;
b) A "documentary" segment that discusses issues
and solutions concerning about daily food defense
activities (farm, transportation, manufacturing and
retail);
c) And a "town hall meeting" taped live in-studio
with expanded discussion on the subject.
