HEALTH CARE RIVALS WILL COME TOGETHER TO FOCUS ON UNINSURED

Jan. 13 Conference Brings Consumer, Provider, Industry and Labor Groups
Together to Propose Their Specific Plans for Covering Uninsured

WHAT:
Families USA and Health Insurance Association of America, long-time rivals in the health policy debates, will present specific proposals for tackling the problem of the uninsured. Also presenting proposals will be American Hospital Association, American Medical Association, American Nurses Association, Catholic Health Association of the U.S., Service Employees International Union, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The Jan. 13 conference is sponsored by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
