SEC Forum on Small Business Capital Formation

The Securities and Exchange Commission held its annual Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation at its headquarters in Washington, D.C. The Forum offered an opportunity for representatives of smaller companies to meet with senior government officials and communicate their views on small business capital formation.
