The SEC is holding its second annual Seniors Summit on Monday, Sept. 10, 2007, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Commission's Washington D.C. headquarters. This year’s Seniors Summit will further examine how regulators, community organizations, and others can increasingly coordinate efforts to protect older Americans from abusive sales practices and investment fraud. Participants will include SEC Commissioners, SEC staff members, and representatives of NASAA, FINRA, and AARP.
