Announces Transformation Plan


Postmaster General John E. Potter presents the United States Postal Service's Transformation Plan in a speech at the National Press Club. The plan addresses short- and long-term strategies for keeping the Postal Service financially viable today and into the 21st century. The plan was submitted to Congress on April 4. The speech was delivered at The National Press Club in Washington, DC.
