Welcome to The State of Women's Entrepreneurship: Progress and Promise

This 60-minute webcast will feature NWBC leaders discussing the current state of women's entrepreneurship and some of the key challenges facing women business owners. In her final address to the women's business community as she ends her term of office, chair Marilyn Carlson Nelson will highlight the significant progress made by women's business enterprises during the last three years.

The event will also feature comments from Council members and leading women's business community representatives, and plenty of time for questions and dialogue with in-person and online attendees. The key themes that will be addressed will include: access to affordable health care coverage; access to federal procurement; access to capital; access to mentoring and entrepreneurial training, and women's entrepreneurship on the world stage.
