In order to access the webcasts on your computer you will need to do BOTH of the following two steps; and please remember that this RealPlayer software has been downloaded and installed by more than 50 million people, but we cannot guarantee how it will function on your own particular computer (click here for system requirements and other information).
STEP 1 of 2:
Download the free RealMedia
Player by saving one of the following to your disk/harddrive
(it will take approximately 20 minutes on a 28.8 kbps modem, but faster
if you have a high speed internet connection):
- for Windows based computers (98, Me,
NT, XP, 2000)
- for Windows 3.1 (your system is too old to support this technology)
- Mac OS 8.1, 8.5 and newer
- Mac OS 7-8 (your system is too old
to support this technology)
STEP 2 of 2 - IMPORTANT:
Find the file
you have just downloaded onto your hard drive and then double click on
it in order to run the installation process which takes about a minute.
Only after doing this will you be able to go back to the webcast page
and then click on the webcast link to access it. Note: If you are on your
corporate network, you may require a special configuration in order for
the webcast to pass through your corporate firewall (ask your computer
